ORDER LOST?

If an order has not been received after a reasonable amount of time, a duplicate order can be requested.  The Buyer agrees to pay for the second order to be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Insured at the postal rate as set by USPS according to total weight, and that the per-item cost minus shipping, will be credited back once the items are received. Under no circumstances will a duplicate order be re-shipped without postage-paid USPS Insured packaging.

It is important when requesting a duplicate shipment that you follow the directions below, in order to receive your duplicat order and credit back.

Please include your Invoice # in the subject line of your email and any questions or comments in the body, along with your full name, address and phone number. Addressing your inquiry to "USPS: Whoever it may concern" will guarantee a quick order resolution if your package has been deemed "lost in the mail".
