How safe is my credit card
information?
All orders on our site are encrypted using Secure Socket
Layer (SSL) technology . You will know you're in a secure site when
you see "https:...." in the address bar, during checkout. You
will not see that on our normal product pages while you are just
"window shopping".
Many Horses Jewelry Supply does not store your credit card
information. Credit card information is NOT visible to us-we see
only the last four digits and expiration date. The 3 or 4-digit CVV2
code is required for the card holder's protection against Identity
Theft and is verified by the card authorizing agent when authorizing
purchases.
We have the ability to store payment information, at your request,
for repeat purchases, but can only be done when placing your order
over the phone, and with your verbal consent.
You can rest assured
that your personal and credit card information is protected when
transmitted online.
Email
We are committed to honoring and respecting your individual privacy.
We believe that your email address is private information and you
have our assurance that we do not rent or sell your email address to
anyone. We use your email address to send you order-related emails,
like shipping confirmations, as well as informational/sale
newsletters.
We will always try to contact you by phone if we have a question
about an order you placed. If we are unable to reach you by phone,
we will also try to contact you by email.
