IMPORTANT DATES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS!

LEAD CONTENT INFORMATION

We currently purchase items from vendors throughout the world, including China. Our Vendors are consistently testing the products we receive for lead content. We are striving to purchase as many items as possible that are lead free. Our Merchandising Department is focused on finding vendors that can accommodate these requests. In the meantime, please be assured that we are labeling all of our items that we have identified that contain trace levels of lead. Please note that all Swarovski Crystal contains 21% lead. Also, the Celestial Crystal we offer contains between 12% and 14% lead. Lead is the key component that gives these crystals their sparkle, and should not present a hazard unless ingested. It is recommended that crystals not be used in jewelry for infants, toddlers or other young children that may be more likely to place these items in their mouths. The Czech Fire-Polish beads that we carry are lead free.

We regularly test our products and strive to find vendors that do the same.

EMAIL UPDATE
You may not be getting our Order status notifications for a variety of reasons:
Customers having email accounts with Earthlink, Comcast, AOL, Juno, etc, please make sure your SPAM filters are set to receive emails from the following email addresses:

customerservice@propay.com (credit card merchant authorization)

We realize how aggravating it can be to receive unwanted emails (spam). If an email sent by any of the above addresses does not get through your spam filters, you may not get shipping notifications from us. While we cannot be responsible for lost emails, we do keep a copy of every email notification we send to our customers and be happy to forward those to you as a courtesy follow-up status check.

As pages are completed we will compile the entire inventory as one downloadable catalog for easy reference!

If you see:*NEW! Pre-Order Item on any page, that means we will add it to our next inventory order for you as soon as you place your order!
In most cases, your items can be shipped in 7-10 business days but can take up to 3 weeks.

If an item is out of stock at the Vendor level, you will be notified by email and given the option to:

Hold the order until backordered items are in stock ready-to-ship
Reship BO items when in stock
Cancel the backordered item.

We will hold your order for 3 days to allow time for you to contact us regarding your choices. Once the order is processed, changes cannot be made and all in-stock items will be shipped.

Protect your ID!
Many of us receive emails claiming to be from Paypal or eBay, asking for account verification, etc. These emails are very tricky and will mimic websites almost perfectly. Rule #1 to always remember: NEVER GIVE OUT PERSONAL INFORMATION OR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS IN EMAILS. Paypal and eBay will never ask you for personal information in email. When you receive an email from Paypal or eBay, they will address you by the name you registered your account with, not by your eBay ID or Login name. Many Horses Jewelry Supply will never ask you for personal sensitive information via email andreserves the right to request information via phone when order information needs to be confirmed.

You can help protect our internet communities by reporting suspicious emails to:
eBay: spoof@ebay.com
Paypal: spoof@paypal.com.
Simply forward the suspicious email including header information, and delete it immediately-neither company will ever ask for additional information, so no need to save it.
