Shipping Notification
We process orders continually throughout the day. Once your order has posted to go out, our email notification system will send out shipping notifications at the end of each business day. If you have not received a shipping notification within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at

ORDER STATUS

We respond to all emails and phone calls within 48 hours but sometimes emails do get lost in "Cyberspace".
Please call us right away if you do not get an email reply in a timely manner. If you do not receive a auto-generated confirmation email with copy of invoice within 24 hours, please email or call us right away to avoid delays in shipping.

Backordered Items

If we are out of in item, we'll send it to you as soon as possible, no charge for extra shipping. Backordered items out past 2 weeks, your initial partial order will ship within 3 business days. Backordered items already on order, we will hold the order until all items are filled and ship all together to save.
