Returns Policy

Many Horses Jewelry Supply and Artwork stands behind its products and will accept returns for exchange/credit for a period of  14 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be pre-authorized and you must request an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to returning any product.
 Absolutely no requests for merchandise replacement will be authorized after 30 days from your original sales date.

Returns are processed within 10 days of receipt, and refunds are credited back to the original method of payment used for the  transaction within 2 weeks of processing.  For items being returned for resale due to customer error, a 15% restocking fee is applied. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  A 5% fee will be assessed for items returned past 30 days from issuance of RMA form. If the item being returned is an error on the part of Many Horses Jewelry Supply, total purchase price of those items returned will be processed for credit/refund.

If ordering different items in exchange for the items you are returning, please add $6.95 to cover postage.

If the package was damaged in shipment,  please call Customer Service at 1-262-742-4323 or contact us by e-mail before returning any items. Some damage or loss problems can be quickly and easily resolved over the phone to save time and expense.  If we made a mistake on your order and the items are returned for exchange, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed. It's part of our no-risk customer guarantee.

Please allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit/exchange. A 20% Restock fee will be applied to all  unaltered items returned for credit.

1. Returns accepted within 14 days from date of purchase.
2. Request a RMA form through email: customerservice@manyhorses.com
3. A RMA number will not be issued without a valid invoice number.
4. Returned Merchandise will not be processed for credit or exchange without a RMA number.
5. RMA number is valid for 14 days from the date which it is issued.
6. No returns without original box or packaging.
7. Customer must write down RMA number out side of return package  and mark package "ATTN: RETURNS".
8. Send us the copy of RMA form and invoice with  item being returned
9.  Do not include any accessory for the return product unless it original came in the package.
10.  Altered items can not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

     

    Returns are processed within 10 days of receipt, and refunds/replacements are credited or mailed within 2 weeks of processing.  RMA form expires 7 days from date of issue.

    Postage and Return shipping are non-refundable. No returns will be accepted for items damaged or altered while in use by consumer or without an RMA form. Returned items must be unaltered, in original packaging and must include the original invoice. Just remember to keep your invoices and store your items in their original packaging.

Many Horses Jewelry Supply and Artwork will not be responsible for items altered or damaged while in the the Buyers possession; any items returned in altered condition  will be sent back to the manufacture for evaluation and will be subject to  credit or refund approval. Items lost or damaged during shipping subject to Loss/Damage claims approval. We do not accept returns on special orders.

Use of  jewelry cleaners and or solvents is not recommended for gold or silver electroplated beads; peeling or discoloration may occur.  When cleaning silver or gold plated jewelry, a polishing cloth such as Sunshine® Polishing Cloths is recommended as a safe alternative.
