Returns Policy

Many Horses Jewelry Supply and Artwork will accept returns for exchange/credit for a period of  7 days from the date of purchase.

All returns must be pre-authorized and sent to you via email. An RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) must accompany any products being returned. Return RMA will be accepted within 15 days of issue date. Merchandise received late will be returned to you.

Absolutely no merchandise replacement, credit or refunds will be authorized without a numerically assigned RMA form. We do not accept returns on special and bulk quantity orders.

All returned merchandise must be sent in its original container/bag, and in a completely unaltered state. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice. No returns/partial quantity returns will be accepted for items damaged or altered while in use by consumer.

Packages returned due to customer order error or cancellation after the package has shipped are subject to both, the initial shipping and return shipping charges.

When returning items for exchange, you will receive the same credit amount as your original purchase price.

You can request an RMA email be sent to you by calling 262-742-4323 during our normal business hours, Mon-Friday, 2-9pm CST.

Returns are processed within 10 days of receipt, and refunds are credited back to the original method of payment used for the  transaction.  For items being returned for resale, a 15% restocking fee is applied. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We will not accept Postage Due or Bill Recipient parcels. A 20% fee will be assessed for items returned past 30 days from date of sale. Charge backs to credit cards and Paypal disputes will result in further delays in processing refunds and should be avoided whenever possible in order for us to complete issuance of credits and refunds. RMA form expires 14 days from date of issue. If paying by credit card, please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit card company to show any adjustments to your account.

If ordering different items in exchange for the items you are returning, please remit the balance owed on the new replacement items (if more than original purchase price), plus $6.95 to cover postage and handling, unless otherwise stated.

If the package was damaged in shipment, please keep all packaging materials and call Customer Service at 1-262-742-4323 or email us before returning any items. Some damage or loss problems can be quickly and easily resolved over the phone to save time and expense.  If we made a mistake on your order and the items are returned for exchange, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed. It's part of our customer satisfaction guarantee.

Please allow 30 days turn around time for the issuance of credit/exchange.

Shipping and Handling, Return Postage are non-refundable.

Many Horses Jewelry Supply and Artwork will not be responsible for items altered or damaged while in the the Buyers possession; any items returned in altered condition  will be sent back to the manufacture for evaluation and will be subject to credit or refund approval. Items lost or damaged during shipping subject to Loss/Damage claims approval. We do not accept returns on used hair products or special orders.

Use of  jewelry cleaners and or solvents is not recommended for gold or silver electroplated beads; peeling or discoloration may occur.  When cleaning silver or gold plated jewelry, a polishing cloth such as Sunshine® Polishing Cloths is recommended as a safe alternative. Soft, effective Sunshine® Polishing Cloths, with their special non-scratch micro-abrasives, safely cleans jewelry, silver, gold, brass, copper, glass, mirrors, and most surfaces, leaving a deep long-lasting shine.
