| How Our Shipping is Calculated |

Many Horses Jewelry Supply
charges Flat Rate shipping based on total weight.
Our
standard shipping rates are computed using the calculated weight of your
order, rounded up to the nearest whole pound by zone, and based on the actual
published rates published by USPS.
Flat Rate Shipping and
Handling includes USPS shipping services: Insurance, Delivery
Confirmation, Express Service commitment information where applicable.

The USPS ship time guarantee does
not apply when transportation networks are disrupted by adverse weather
conditions. Many Horses Jewelry Supply does not
utilize International First Class postage as an option.
First Class and some Priority Mail
options such as Small Flat Rate box, and Priority Flat Rate Envelope,
are NOT insurable and not traceable.
We do not ask our Customers to accept responsibility for parcels which
may be lost or damaged in transit, and we can keep prices low as a
result of our never having to absorb the cost of lost or damaged orders.
We will do everything in our power to get your package to you in as safe
a manner as possible, while guaranteeing your purchase is covered to the
full amount.
Flat Rate Shipping includes USPS shipping
services: Insurance, Delivery Confirmation, Express Service commitment
information, where applicable. Our $2.65 handling fee ensures timely
processing of each order. These charges are non-negotiable and we
recommend pulling a few friends together for an order and divide the
postage, to help curb the cost to ship one order.
All packages shipped from Many Horses Jewelry Supply will include a
declaration indicating the contents as 'Craft Supplies', with full value
for the order. Orders returned to us due to refusal of these charges
will result in our being charged for the shipping, return shipping and
Customs fees. Any future orders will not be accepted until these fees
are reimbursed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Many Horses Jewelry Supply is not
responsible for service transit times or shipping delays due to severe weather and other causes beyond our control.
This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and
holidays. Note that transit
times may vary, particularly during peak periods.

International Insurance coverage is subject to both U.S. Postal
Service regulations and the domestic regulations of the destination
country. Insurance coverage varies by country and is not available to
some countries. The addressee must report damage of an insured
article's contents at their local Post Office. Many Horses Jewelry
Supply will file appropriate claims paperwork to our local Post
Office, once all documents have been provided by Addressee and
destination Post Office.
Terms and Conditions
Indemnity
coverage is provided for ordinary (i.e., uninsured) Priority Mail
International parcels except the small flat-rate box.
(Some exceptions apply — see IMM 230.) This coverage is provided at
no additional charge and protects mailers against loss, damage, or
missing contents. Coverage is limited to the actual value of the
contents or the maximum indemnity based on the weight of the
article, whichever is less. Mailers may still purchase additional
insurance to many countries. When
international insured service is purchased, it replaces the
indemnity coverage provided on ordinary Priority Mail International
parcels except the small flat-rate box.

CUSTOMS REGULATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
International mail is subject to
customs examination in the destination country. The contents and value of
an item must be declared on the applicable customs form.
- All goods sent outside of the
United States are liable to customs duty and Value Added Tax on
importation whether or not the package is marked as a “gift.” Packages
are admitted free of customs charges, however, if they meet the
following conditions:
- Gift packages of small
value provided they do not contain any tobacco goods, spirits or
wine;
- Gift packages containing only
well-worn clothing (excluding garments of high value), limited
quantities of foodstuffs (other than caviar), soap or consumable
medical supplies.
- Postal packages without a customs
declaration that contain goods liable to customs duty or control may
be seized by the customs authorities.
- Many Horses Jewelry Supply is require by law to
provide actual value on parcels send out of the United States and is not
responsible for any customs duty and Value Added
Tax imposed by Customs officials. Many Horses Jewelry Supply does not
ship any parcels marked as "Gift" in order to avoid Customs duties.

you offer free or discounted shipping? |
|
While many large companies are able to offer
services such as $5 shipping, no size limit, or even free
shipping, they must meet a minimum shipping quota to qualify
for special reduced rates with their contracted carriers. Since we are
a 3rd-party Distributor, we don't qualify for the special rates our larger
parent companies offer. We purchase in bulk in order to offer the best
price available on all items we stock. We do not carry a huge
overhead, so we order frequently and keep inventory moving rapidly;
our turnaround shipping time is customarily 1-2 business days. We
oftentimes will special-order items and pay extra (without charging
you extra), in order to get it to you in the quickest time possible.
You won't get that kind of service everywhere and that is what keeps
our Customers coming back again and again.

Why is Flat Rate shipping so high for smaller items, or when I want
just a couple things? |
|
Many Horses Jewelry Supply has to follow rigid size
restrictions as set by the United States Postal Service.
Postcards, letters, large envelopes
(flats) and small packages can be sent using First-Class Mail®. This
service, along with Priority Mail and Express Mail, is ideal for
sending lightweight merchandise. First-Class Mail prices are based on
both the shape and weight of the item being mailed.
Beginning in January of 2009, all mail is sorted by 2 categories:
hand-sorted and machinable. Since our items cannot go through a
machine sorter, they have to be hand-sorted and Parcel rates apply.
That is why we cannot simply put a small item in an envelope, pad it
and stamp it at letter rate.
For items weighing more than 13 ounces, Priority Mail rates apply.
We use every available mailing option, including insurance and
Delivery Confirmation, when we post your order, so you get the most
out of what you pay for.

When Will My Order Ship? |

Weekdays: Orders are received and processed
Monday-Friday 2-9pm CST and ship within 1-2 business days from receipt. Express orders are
shipped next business day for 1-2 day delivery to most areas, based on
zone.
If you do not receive a confirmation
shipping email with copy of invoice within 1-2 business days, contact us at

You may not be getting our Order status notifications for a variety of
reasons:

Because of new postal computer systems, we now provide tracking on

International customers, including Canadian customers, may be subject
to import duties, fees and taxes, which are levied after a shipment
reaches their country. If a shipment is rejected because of customs
clearance charges or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be
responsible for any fees incurred, including international shipment and
handling.

Pricing and Sales Tax
Our prices are in US currency and are subject to
change without prior notification. Wisconsin residents are subject to
sales tax. Orders shipped out of state are not subject to sales
tax. Wisconsin Retail business's are tax-exempt. Business owners must
provide a Tax ID or resale permit # at time of order.

for typographical errors. Prices subject to change.
Customs Duties and fees: why we
won't ship as "Gift".
Customs, duties and other fees
assessed by the destination country for an item can NOT be paid to the
United States Postal Service when the item is mailed. The recipient of
the mail piece is the only one who can pay the customs fees.
All items entering a foreign country
are subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties,
taxes, and fees in accordance with that country's national laws. This
is not new. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally,
if the item sent is dutiable and if the value of the item is above the
threshold set by the country's laws. Each country assesses customs,
duties, and taxes. Check the
Worlds Customs Organization website for general
information, or visit the website of that country's customs
service.
It is important
to understand that, if duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed
via the Postal Service, they are collected from the recipient. Postage
is charged to cover the expense of delivery only. Postage does not
cover charges assessed by customs in the destination country.
Backordered Items
We make every effort to have all items
in stock at all times. However, due to periodic high demand and the
unique nature of our goods, please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery on
items not in stock at the time of your order. If an item becomes
backordered once you've placed your order (sold out prior to order
receipt), we will offer you the option of reserving the item, offer a
similar substitute or upgrade your order to the next similar (size)
item. If the item becomes unavailable at the Vendor level after you've
placed your order, you will be offered the option to substitute,
cancel or retain store credit for future use. All backordered items
will be shipped by USPS First Class mail. When you pay by credit card
and wish to reserve items, we will charge your credit card at the time
of order receipt.
Should you wish to cancel
reserved items or return merchandise, we will issue a refund via
the method of payment you originally used.
When you pay by check, and you indicate on your order
that you wish to reserve out-of-stock items, we will retain the exact
amount to cover the items reserved. Please review our
Payment Policy for additional
information.
We are unable to add additional items to the order containing
reserved items once payment has been submitted.
Returns
Returns are accepted within
14
days from the date of purchase. You may request an RMA # (Return Merchandise
Authorization) which we will issue in email. Should you need to
return an item, please include a
copy of the original invoice. All merchandise
being returned for exchange must be sent back in
its original container/bag, in a completely unaltered state.
We do not accept returns on special orders, bulk quantities and hair
accessories.

*Return postage and handling charges are not refundable. No returns
will be accepted for items damaged or altered while in use by consumer
or without an
RMA form.
What happens if my order is lost or incorrect
when I receive it?
At Many
Horses Jewelry Supply, we strive to process and ship your order as
quickly as possible, but sometimes errors do occur.
Order error:
If we make a mistake on your order, contact us either by email or by
phone right away, and we'll work quickly to correct the error and
initiate replacement shipments/ returns to your complete satisfaction.
Lost order:
Please allow ample time for mail delivery, excluding Sundays and
holidays, before reporting a missing order.
USPS Priority Mail® 3-5 day
does not guarantee delivery time. If an order becomes lost after it is
shipped from our facility, and it is determined it cannot be traced
through the www.usps.com website
using the tracking number you were provided, we will submit a
loss-claim through our local post office for you and reship your order
at no charge to you.
Address error:
If your order includes a shipping address that is in error or is
incomplete, and the order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will
contact you for a new address, and reship the order after the original
order is received back in our facility. You will be charged a new
shipping fee for reshipping the order. If you decide to cancel the
order, all shipping costs and 15% restock fee will be deducted from
your refund.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled prior to processing
(usually within the first 24 hours after an order is placed).
We are
unable to cancel any order once it is in process. If any
changes are requested, an email must be received the same day order is
placed. Backordered items may be cancelled as long as the item is
still in "backorder status"; a $1.50 processing fee will be deducted
from any money refunded. Once a backordered item has shipped to
our facility, orders will be updated to "In Process". All cancellations must be submitted via
email within 3 business days of order.
Privacy Statement
Many Horses Jewelry Supply is committed to protecting
your privacy. Any information we collect will only be used to process
orders and facilitate communication between our customers and Many
Horses Jewelry Supply. We will not disclose, rent or sell your
personal details.
